30 Thursday painters enjoyed a beautiful spring day in February at the historic Ainsley House and gardens in Campbell. The house, built in the English Tudor Cotswold Cottage style, provided artists (and carpenters) with a challenging roofline.
Many thanks to Ainsley House staff member Kerry Perkins for opening the gate so we could paint in the back garden. For more information about the Ainsley House go to:

"Ainsley House" by Brad I've painted the Ainsley House a number of times but it (especially the bay window in front) has always thwarted me and what I'd hoped to accomplish. I think the score now is: Ainsley House = 4 (maybe 5) and Brad = 0. I'm anxious for a rematch in a year or two ~ Brad
