The Award for Best Ever Excuse for Not Finishing a Painting goes to Mitsi --- she's a volunteer art instructor for juvenile inmates in the Main Jail and four of her students were receiving their diplomas Thursday afternoon --- she wanted to share the moment with them so had to leave early.
