It had been three years since we visited SCVWS member Jane Kwant's garden. If you thought it was beautiful then, you should see it now. The perfectly coordinated colors and textures are as wonderful as ever but now the plants have naturalized and filled in every nook and cranny. The forecast said there was very little chance of rain, but the dark ominous clouds made that forecast seem overly optimistic. Sure enough, it did mist early on, but that soon stopped, and the sun even tried to pop out.
Thank you so much, Jane K, for hosting us and making such delicious brownies and beautiful plate of fruit, and setting the kettle on for hot water so we could make tea to warm ourselves.
